When Will Seller Send out the Order?

Status Convert from Hold to Processing when Order is shipped

Mostly, sellers will complete the shipment process in 7 business days. The order status, then, will change to “The seller has Process your order”.

If you don’t want this order anymore, you can submit cancellation request by clicking Cancel Order Button in Order section.

​If the Yooobidli does not respond to your request within 48 hours, the order will be automatically closed and refund will be returned to your account. Please contact Yooobidali incase Yooobidali refuse to cancel your order as the cancellation might cause losses to the Yooobidali & seller while he/she is preparing the shipment.

I haven’t received my parcel but it shows “Delivered.”

  1. The carrier is distributing your package now. Please wait in patience or check with local post offices or the carrier in the destination country.
  2. Information of the carrier in the destination country, you may check the tracking number through you my account section or tracking number provided by us to you via email.

Do I have to pay for customs and import taxes?

You may be charged customs duties and taxes for something you bought on Yooobidali because:
• Duties and taxes are typically not included in the price of the item, and might not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay to the Yooobidali/Seller.
• When shopping on Yooobidali, you are buying from overseas sellers(via Yooobidali). That’s why sometimes you will be asked to pay customs duty.

The taxes may depend on where your order was sent from, the type of items you bought, their value and the weight of the package. Different countries may have different tax policies regarding specific products. It’s always best to Yooobidali this with the seller or Indian customs authority as we are fulfilling the orders in India Only.

You are responsible to clear GST/IGST on all purchases made on AliExpress. This can be done through the GST clearance procedure of Indian local customs authority.

Please note: Customs duties and taxes are never covered by Yooobidali.

To avoid any unforeseen surprises, please pay attention to the following:
• Ask the Yooobidali if you need to pay any additional import duties, taxes or other customs-related charges.
• Contact your local Indian customs office to find out more about customs duties and taxes.
• Import duties, taxed or other customs-related charges are normally collected by the shipping company upon delivery.
• Yooobidali & Empanelled Sellers are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department.
• Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade or any specific circumstances.
• Some sellers on Yooobidali offer domestic delivery. This means that they will send your order from a warehouse in your country. In this case, you won’t be asked to pay for any additional customs duties and taxes.

When will I get my refund?

Please take easy that the fund is guaranteed as Yooobidali knows how important your money is and we make sure that the refund is handled accordingly.

Usually, it takes 3-20 business days, varying with different banks, for buyers to receive the refund after the refund is successfully processed by Yooobidali.

You may check the order details to confirm whether the refund has been successfully processed, please feel free to contact your bank (please provide the ARN to your bank if there is) to follow up the Refund status.

How to check my credit card refund?

Please take easy that the fund is guaranteed as Yooobidali knows how important your money is and we make sure that the refund is handled accordingly. Please check the refund as follow steps (Please click here if the credit card is invalid or expired):

Step 1. Please check if it has been 20 business days after refund is successfully processed by Yooobidali. If not, please kindly wait. Normally, it will be received by you within 3-20 business days to your bank account.

You may check the order details to confirm whether the refund has been successfully processed. Feel free to contact your bank (please provide the ARN to your bank if there is) to follow up the Refund status.

Step 2. Check the bank statement from 2 days before the payment was made to 20 business days after the refund was successfully processed.

For instance, if payment is made on 2022.05.10, you will need to check the bank statement between 2022.05.08-2022.06.07. Because some banks present the refund on or around the date of payment as below:

How to check/withdraw the refund on Yooobidali account?

  1. Go to Yooobidali My account Section check “Refund Status” of the product.
  2. Click “Refund Pending” to find the pending transaction – Select order(s)- Click “Transfer to” to withdraw the funds;
  3. Provide a bank account to receive funds.

Note: As transaction fee of 270 Rs. or Shipping charges of the product may be charge at least, Depends on the seller if he/she requires to impose shipping charges it is better to choose and order the product after reading all description to avoid unnecessary loss.

I forgot the password, how to reset password?

  1. Check if keyboard’s “Caps Lock” light is on as your password is case sensitive
  2. Ensure you don’t enter blank spaces before and after your password

How do I change my email address?

To change your register email address, please follow the below step:

What can i do if i can not sign in my account?

Scenario 1: Account name or password is incorrect. Solution:

Check whether the account id/email address/password you have entered is correct. If you have forgot password, please  reset  the password and try login again.

What’s the dispute process after I have opened a dispute?

After you’ve opened a dispute, Yooobidali will communicate with the seller regarding the dispute and issues and seller will be notified and need to reply to our request in 5 days. This process will be proceed at the back end on befall of yooobidali customer so we will inform you by email and telephone periodically So be assure Yooobidali and its team are here to provide you the best possible assistance and services in any situation

What is Buyer Protection?

All orders placed on Yooobidali are protected by a standard set of guarantees, also known as Buyer Protection.

Buyer protection starts from the moment you have paid for your order. The Buyer Protection period will be valid for 15 days. Once you have confirmed receiving your order, you will have 15 days to apply for a refund in case you haven’t recieved the product you orderd & product was damaged.

Please be noted Yooobidali may ask you for an evidence of ordered product/ damage product or both.

Q1. What does ‘Free Return’ mean?

A1. It means that you could return the item within 15 days after receiving the item by free.

Q2. Who pays for the return shipping costs?

A2. It is totally free for you to return the parcel under Free Return service. However please kindly note that you are able to only enjoy one-time free local return for one order. If you initiate multiple return requests under an order, you could only enjoy the free local return service once, and other return requests can still enjoy local return service but you will have to cover the return shipping costs to the designated local return address. Therefore, please consider returning jointly the products to avoid paying that additional shipping cost.

Q3. As long as I return the goods, I could get full refund. Am I correct?

A3. If opening dispute as no-reason return, you have responsibility to keep the item in perfect condition and in its original packaging, which mean not affect the secondary sales of the product. For example, if you return an empty package back to the warehouse, we may 0 refund you; if you return 8 items back to the warehouse while ordering 10 in total, we may partially refund you.

Q4. How long will it take for me to get the refund?

How to solve payment issues?

If you could not pay for your order through card, please check you account statement:

  1. When there is appeal pending on the page, you need to submit with required documents first;
  2. In case, you have already appealed online, kindly be awaiting for 1 business days;
  3. Otherwise, you could change the payment methods or ensure your card is valid and with sufficient fund.

If there is payment errors, you may follow the suggestions as below to solve the problem:

To add/remove your card under your account, you can go to Yooobidali Checkout Page to manage your card.

How do I extend the Buyer Protection time?

If your order is not delivered on time and Yooobidali has confirmed shipment, you need not to do anything buyer protection time will be automatically extend following the delivery date.

You can get coupons and discounts in many different ways:

Go to My Account>My Coupons to see which coupons have been added to your account.

When using your coupons, please pay attention to the following:

a. The minimum spend

b. The validity period

c. The coupon rules
